Swimming Pool
Great for sun bathing or cooling off, it is a great place to hang out in the sun or shade under the cabanas. The Pool is available from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. from Mon – Sun.

Fitness Center
This is a stat-of-the Art facility for exercisers with different abilities. This is a coed center which includes treadmills, bicycles, Stairmaster, rowing machine and health rider, it is available 24/7. Also there are separate mens’ and womens’ facilities which are available from 5 am – 11 pm. Additionally all facilities include showers, steam and sauna.

Rooftop Party Room
Our spacious party room can accommodate up to 150 guests and provide large panoramic views of parts of Arlington and Falls Church. These rooms include a large kitchen capable of supporting large private parties.

Billiards at Skyline Square

Card/Ping Pong Room
These rooms are located on the ground level and penthouse level. These rooms are great for gatherings for games or for meetings. They also serve as the library for Skyline Square.

Billiard Room
The billiard room is located both on the penthouse and ground floors.

Moves: There is a move-in fee of $200 and they are scheduled from 8am to 8pm
